Training log
Over did something this week. Knees hurt at beginning of the week, but solved the problem by raising my bike seat up about 1/2 inch.
However, between 5 mile run on Wednesday and a short bike ride carrying weights (weights = monster energy drink in this case) I did something to my left hamstring. RICEing it up tonight, hoping I still feel up to my bike ride on Friday.
